How are the services of CZECH AIRPORT LIMOUSINE charged?

All conditions are specified in the contract.

Transfers to airport Prague

Fees for transfers to the Prague airport and train/bus station are fixed. Fees for other transfers are based on the price per kilometer in both directions. Waiting time is charged according to the applicable hourly rate for each additional hour. For regular and corporate clients, prices are determined by individual price list.

Transfers from Prague airport

For transfers from the Prague airport a fee of 100czk/hour for parking at the airport is charged extra.

Rent a car with driver

Every additional hour according to the current rate is charged, price of each hour includes 20 km. Every extra KM will be charged according to the valid price list.

Hire a driver for your car

The fee for this service is fixed  for the first two hours, every additional hour is charged extra.

Wedding service

The way of decorating of your car and other requirements  will be agreed in advance. Every additional hour is charged according to the current rate, price of each hour includes 20 km. Every extra KM will be charged according to the valid price list.

Car delivery

The car delivery in Prague for fixed transfers is not charged. For the car delivery outside of Prague – half of the price is prepaid in advance – according to the distance from Prague to the place of delivery.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation fees will be charged at the minimum cost of operation of the vehicle, for no show or late cancellation, maximum of 30% as follows:

• 3 hours prior to pick up in Prague
• 5 hours prior to pick up in the Czech Republic
• 24 hours prior to pick up in the EU

Prices do not include:

• fees for highways and ferries abroad
• parking
• Insurance abroad
• VAT 21%
